Sudoku is an offline-first mobile game. We do not require an account and we do not run our own backend for user data.

- Local game data only: puzzle progress, settings, difficulty, and statistics are stored on your device in app-private storage.
- No account data: no sign-in, email, phone number, or profile is required to use the App.
- No tracking: we do not collect location, advertising ID, contacts, or usage analytics for tracking purposes.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
4. Backup and Device Transfer
In the current release, Android cloud backup for this App is disabled. App data stays on your device unless you use external device-level tools outside the App.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained locally on your device until you delete it. You can remove data at any time by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.
6. Security
App data is stored in Android app-private storage and protected by Android's application sandbox.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
